Alice Bonhomme-Biais started working at Google in 2005 as a Staff Software Engineer helping to improve search quality for Google Maps. Later, as part of Google’s 20% time policy that encourages employees to work on individual passion projects, Alice began researching the use of technology in Haiti. Listen in as she talks about what she helped create to assist the 1.5 million Haitians that were left homeless after the earthquake in 2010.
